Setup for our Christmas Festival Event
Friday, December 8th | Starting at 5pm
Decorating hallways, hanging lights, setting up character backdrops, etc.
Christmas Festival
Saturday, December 9th | Setup starting at 1pm
Event runs from 3-5:30pm
SETUP: All the decorations for the gym, last minute pieces for the hallways
GREETERS: We will need greeters for during the event to direct families and be a friendly face to welcome them.
CRAFTS: We will need craft helpers to explain the crafts and assist children at the craft tables.
KITCHEN HELPERS: Will assist with food and drinks during the event - replenishing snacks and keeping area neat and tidy.

Breaking down event, pack away neatly all reuseable decorations/supplies, vacuum, gather garbage, and set up church for Sunday morning worship.
