WOW | Women of the Workplace, Women of the Word

Ever struggle to know where you fit in women’s ministry, while also juggling work and home life? Knowing you need accountability in the Word and with godly friends but not sure how to find it?! October and November our new Bible Study group, Women of the Workplace, Women of the Word will meet 4 times and to study through 1 + 2 Peter using the “She Reads Truth” study. It has a book as well as online components. Short-burst commitment, and accountability to be in the Word with others in a similar journey–we’re prayerful this will be life-giving soul food for you!

Our instructors will help you tailor the movements to meet the needs of your body, whether that’s taking care of a knee injury, beginning your fitness journey, or figuring out how to do a tricky step!


For both classes, wear clothes you feel comfortable doing movement in. Sneakers that are for cross-training or walking are best. Bring a water bottle. For REV+FLOW, bring a yoga mat or beach towel as well as 1-3 lb. weights if you'd like.
